Aurornis Thing by Book-Rat Aurornis Thing by Book-Rat
I forgot to upload this here. .___.;

It was supposed to be an Aurornis, but I think the leg wings are way too long and it wasn't actually a glider at all. That's alright, we'll just say it's some generic species related to Microraptor or Archaeopteryx.

Carved foam, apoxie sculpt, and feathers, in that order. ^^; I'll do a walkthrough at some point when I'm less busy.
It's not poseable at all.

Thanks~

I am stunned. I'm a biologist, and while I was googling for artwork depicting Aurornis and other feathered dinosaurs, I found your pictures. This is an incredible piece of art-meets-science.

Who cares about inaccuracies when it's absolutely incredible otherwise? I'm beyond impressed with the amount of life you've breathed into this.
